What do we mean by your way?
At Inclusive Disability Assist, we’re committed to supporting you in the way that works best for you. This is how we do it:
We recruit, train, and continuously upskill our staff to ensure they provide exceptional support.
Your preferred Support Workers are scheduled on days and times that are most convenient for you.
We guarantee that all queries are addressed on the same business day we receive them.
You’ll be notified promptly of any changes to your roster.
Before any new worker starts, we’ll introduce them to you, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.
