Service Manager
As the Service Manager at Inclusive Disability Assist, Garry brings over 15 years of experience in the disability and community services sector. Garry is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care by leading a skilled team and ensuring their services align with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework. With a collaborative leadership style, Garry works closely with participants, families, and community partners to create tailored support strategies that empower individuals to achieve greater independence and well-being. Advocacy and continuous improvement are at the heart of what he does, driving him to make a positive impact in the disability sector every day.

Zoey Wilkinson
Operations Coordinator
With six years of experience in the disability, homelessness and social isolation sectors, Zoey has moved from being a support worker to an Operations Coordinator, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by both participants and staff. She’s passionate about delivering person-centred services that truly meet the needs of individuals while also supporting the well-being of workers. Zoey thrives on creating efficient, collaborative solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Claire Bateson
Care Leader
Claire has been working within the disability sector for 5 years, starting out as a support worker providing one on one care in home and in the community, then moving into a Client Relations officer role creating personalised care plans, managing participants and support worker relationships and onboarding and now a Care Leader position all within the Service Delivery team. A passion of Claire is to work closely with participants to identify their support options, provide high-quality customer service that makes a real difference in people’s everyday lives.

Michelle Eaton
Care Leader
Michelle has been working within both the disability and nursing sectors over a 35-year span. When Michelle started at IDA, she moved into the Care Leader position that she thoroughly enjoys as it keeps her in touch with IDA’s participants and their families on a daily basis. Michelle is passionate about fulfilling participant’s goals and advocating for their choice and control. Michelle’s goal would be to make a difference in IDA’s participant’s and their family’s lives and to help guide them to empower themselves.
